He goes on to give which Hulk he was held on, and his responsibilities there. He also gives his duties on board the Barrosa, and those given him on arrival in Australia. In all, he gives a extremely detailed and lengthy account of his life from 1839 up to July 1841, and says that the experience has left him physically debilitated, and asks for less demanding work, asking for a role as a Sunday School teacher. Includes four brief character witnesses.
